1. Log into Sage CRM.
  2. Sage → Administration → Users → Teams
  3. Open the Team for which you want to find the Channel Id.
  4. In the URL address you can find the Channel Id.

Example: https: //xx.xx.xxx.xxx/crm/eware.dll/Do?SID=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&Act =821&Mode=1&CLk=T&Key0=12&Key12=1&Chan_ChannelId=1&HiddenRowCount=1&NextID=6&GridID=10522
