      Usage of Record-ID in the Inventory Data

      Learn how to use the Record-ID in the inventroy data.


      The record ID can be used to assign a unique attribute to an inventory data record during import. This attribute can be, for example, a contact ID from the CRM system.

      This data record ID is contained when the captured reports are exported to Excel or to an API interface.

      When you import the report into your CRM system, you can use the data record ID to link the report with the existing object from the CRM system.
